1767 08-10-1990 West Toodyay Bee-eater, Rainbow First sighting for year. Max Howard. Always arrives Dowerin area between 9 and 11 October, this year arrived 15th; Robert Boase. Seabrook area - usually arrives 10th October each year; not sighted this year; Lindsay Milhinch

1769 08-10-1990 Seabrook, via Northam Various birds Nine species nesting around homestead. Includes Magpie, Australian; Frogmouth, Tawny; Wagtail, Willie; Magpie-lark; Pigeon, Crested; Babbler, White-browed; Parrot, Port Lincoln; Wattlebird, Red; Turtle-dove, Senegal. By Lindsay Milhinch
1770 06-10-1990 Dowerin area Owlet-nightjar, Australian Bird was roosting in hot water system at homestead. When lit up bird disappeared. By Robert Boase

1773 16-08-1990 Toodyay Fox, Red and Feral cats Excessive numbers in the district. Hector Wood. He will write to APB.
1774 15-08-1990 West Coondle Reserve Flycatcher, Restless One bird sighted in wandoo. Listed as scarce in Avon Valley book, and Jim Masters' and Lindsay Milhinch's paper in 'Emu'. First sighting in this reserve since commencement of records from 10/04/1990. By Max Howard

1778 06-08-1990 Toodyay Event Avon Descent Boat Race. Mountain ducks and water birds in general. Much comment on this year's race re disturbance to waterfowl. Clutches of eight and ten chicks disappeared altogether after race. Another clutch of eight chicks was reduced to two. By Jim Masters
