You do not have to be a member.
The following information would be useful, if at all possible.
1) time of day?
2) weather conditions?
3) landscape eg: road verge, scrubland, breakaway country, high or low in a tree, etc, ?
4) what the creature was doing at the time of the sighting?
5) approximate size?
6) gender (if possible)?
7) colouration?
8) photographed?
9) any other interesting observation/s at the time of sighting?
10) for plants, the surrounding growth, number of plants and their general condition, is it a wetland?

2702 29-10-2013 Warragenny Farm, Julimar Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) 82 birds were feeding in the canola crop, which is probably decimated. There were probably others that were not counted.

2705 27-11-2013 12 Drummond St, Toodyay WA Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) 3 birds, perched in flooded gum tree, then flew off, 9am.
2706 29-11-2013 Drummond Street, Toodyay WA Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) 11 birds perched in flooded gum, 12 noon. Some flew off.

2710 03-03-2014 Bindoon Dewars Pool Road Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) Last four for season, seen drinking at water trough. Previously up to 15 a night about 6.30pm and there were about 50 flying back to roost. Sighted several times on months since Christmas. Prior to Christmas had 7-10 drinking regularly at troughs

2712 22-08-2014 Farming property at Nunile Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) Two birds observed at dusk. First time ever sighted by Frank.
2713 15-09-2014 Lot 127 Charlton Bvd. Coondle Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) Flock of about 25-30 been flying around our property and landing on trees and ground.

2715 22-12-2014 Charlton Boulevard, Coondle Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) I think there are about 20 or 25 and they have been coming here for several weeks now. They also visited in August and September when we had good growth on our paddocks. They must have liked the weeds! There were even more then.

2717 17-04-2016 Hoddywell, Toodyay Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) A flock of approximately 20 feeding on Marri trees. At least 1 younger bird being fed by others.
2718 08-08-2016 795 bindoon dewars pool road Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) Adult male and female going through the mating routine, first time I had witnessed this. Female making baby feed me noises, male fed the female four to five times, male making normal cocky noises while feeding. Then approaching female and mounting her and mating.

2720 09-12-2016 12 Drummons Street, Toodyay Black Cockatoo, White-tailed (Carnaby's) We had a small family group of five Carnaby�s Black Cockatoos (Calyptorhynchus latirostris) visit us in Drummond Street, Toodyay, on 9 December 2016, just after 9.30am. We had been sort of expecting them to visit the garden, because, two years ago, in November, a similar group of five found our Sea Urchin Hakea (Hakea petiolaris) to their liking. The shrub is quite near the back entrance to the house. In December 2014, I reported this first visit and a photo of one bird to Chittering Landcare, as I knew they were interested in new food sources used by these birds. Sue Metcalfe responded:
